We were put into groups, and came up with a word cloud of what we think our occupation or job's values and needs are, because our group was the designer's group, this is what we came up with, with passion being one of the key values into becoming a good designer.
2. Employability Skills
Strengths :
My skills are targeted more towards people, where i have a high skill for team work, communication, and global citizenship, also in flexibility and commitment towards everything that i'm doing and working on.
Weakness :
I'm very low in self awareness and low IT based skills, in which i don't approve myself most of the time, and i don't have any technical skills at all

My highest part here, is Peer, being that it means i work very good in teams, and have good relations with friends and teammates, also i score the same for competition, instructor, independence, authority, which means i am very competitive, with others, hopefully in a healthy way, i'm also a good instructor, when it comes to giving out instructions and also i'm independent, which is i don't rely much on others.

6. Straw Tower, Change !
We were divided randomly into groups as we were tasked to build a tower with straws. By the time given, we tried to make it look like the Eiffel tower, although it wasn't the most tallest tower in the class, but i can proudly say that it was one of the most stable ones.
7. Individual Presentation
For the presentation, we were asked, to present ourselves to make it seem like we were employing to a company, and what are 3 trades that makes us unique and different, i went on to say that 3 things that i makes me different are i'm hardworking, willing and i work well in a team.
